Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a key point of contact for leaders & employees for the SSL including query handling and closure
- Drive HR activities for the span (policies, new initiatives)
- Lead the implementation of engagement activities like Townhall, CFMs, Employee connect sessions etc
- Work closely with Business & counsellors on career planning & people development
- Derive attrition trends and recommend interventions for retention
- Ensure resolution of employee related issues timely as well as effectively and consult ER function as needed
- Support business in building skills and knowledge
- Ensure all the people management and employee development activities are delivered in timely & effective manner
- Responsible for day to day HR activities and perform them with the right quality as per set process & protocol
- Facilitate change and support the implementation as well as successful adoption of projects around performance mgmt., talent development, reward & benefits activities
- Liaise with Talent CoEs to close on open employee queries
- Contribute on various Central as well as SL level projects & initiatives
Key Goals & deliverables:
- Onboarding & assimilation
- Conduct New Hire sessions
- Capture pulse & address any issues
- Performance Mgmt.
- Drive LEAD CCG conversations, run compliance reports and tracking
- Coach & guide counsellors on LEAD, answer queries & manage outliers
- Partner in year end discussions exercise and drive closure as per Org guidelines and approach
- Guide counsellors on addressing performance issues –PEP/ ACN.cases
- Employee Listening & engagement
- Drive connect across Ranks as per SL framework. Drive closure of actions.
- Proactively report pulse to leadership and initiate requisite actions
- Drive PPS participation, result communication & action planning for the SSL
- Drive culture of recognition & inclusivity through implementation of SL plan
- Exit & Grievance Management
- Conduct exit interview
- Trend analysis and report back pulse to drive better retention in span
- Help escalate any open issues pending with HRCC for closure including Full & Final settlement
- Manage ER cases and grievances
- Projects , Data & Reporting
- Analyse data trends around employee demographics, attrition
- Capture data accurately & timely in trackers
- Participate in Talent related projects- SL/Org level ensuring quality delivery & closure
Skills & attributes for success
- Employee relations experience to handle complex disciplinary, grievance issues for the span
- Experience of managing - performance management related activities and guide counsellors/Managers, engagement
- Ability to engage & influence others, with good change mgmt. skills and desire to act as a change agent
- Develop /coach counsellors and other team employees
- Work closely with Talent Lead & counsellors to co-develop solutions to meet business needs
- Have an eye for detail ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness while working on data reporting and related tasks.
